Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States, and standard shipping is always free. Orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase — each piece is handmade and packed with care to make sure it arrives safely.

Returns & Damage

Because every piece is handmade and one of a kind, all sales are final except in the case of damage during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at pamela@pineandkilnpottery.com with a photo of the damage and the packaging, and we’ll replace it or refund it. Care instructions (dishwasher-safe, hand-wash only, etc.) are noted on each product listing, since this can vary by piece and glaze.
